• Storage of your preferences and settings
• Storage of your API credentials

This data remains on your device and is managed through Chrome's built-in secure storage APIs.

3. Local Storage

The Extension stores the following information locally on your device:

• API Key: Your OpenRouter API key, encrypted and stored using Chrome's secure storage
• User Preferences: Your selected AI models and extension settings
• Temporary Cache: Recent analysis results for performance optimization

You may clear this data at any time by removing the Extension or clearing extension data through your browser settings.

4. Third-Party Services

When you use SecondFish, your browser communicates directly with the following third-party services:

• OpenRouter (or your selected AI provider): To process AI-powered analysis requests
• Web Search Providers: To retrieve current market pricing data

These communications occur directly between your browser and the respective services. SecondFish does not act as an intermediary and has no visibility into these requests or responses.

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective privacy policies and terms of service.

5. No Server Infrastructure

SecondFish maintains no backend servers, databases, or cloud infrastructure. As a result:

• Your personal information is never transmitted to us
• Your browsing activity is never logged or tracked
• Your API credentials are never accessible to us
• Your analysis results are never stored externally

6. Analytics and Tracking

SecondFish does not implement any analytics, telemetry, or tracking mechanisms. We do not use cookies, pixels, or any other tracking technologies.

SecondFish is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. The Extension is not designed for or directed at children under the age of 18.
